Soundown Corporation warrants that the products manufactured by it shall be free from defects in workmanship or material for a period of one (1) year after the date of purchase. This warranty shall become void if Soundown Corporation determines the warranted products were improperly installed, misused, or neglected. The purchaser assumes the obligation for proper installation, use and care of the warranted products.

The obligations of Soundown Corporation under this limited warranty are limited to repair or replacement, at its factory, of it products claimed to be defective. Soundown Corporation reserves the right to repair or replace only those parts or components of warranted products which it determines to be defective.

The foregoing remedy is in lieu of and Soundown Corporation shall not be liable for any special, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of its products.
