Product Details

4" x 6" Silicone Single Exhaust Boot (116-272-4000) by Shields Hose®. Shields Single and Double Hump Couplers have a blue silicone cover with a smooth finish for easy clean up and are fabric reinforced. The couplers remain stable at elevated temperatures and provide angular and longitudinal vibration absorption in wet exhaust systems. Shields couplers correct slight offsets in pipes. They are resistant to exhaust fumes, ozone, mild chemicals, antifreeze and saltwater. The temperature range is -20°F to +350°F. It meets SAE J2006 Type R1 standards.
