Pictures of the flaw or defect may be necessary to complete your claim. Shipping warrantied products back is simple with a prepaid BOATiD shipping label.

  2. Ship it back (BOATiD will provide all manufacturer-specific return instructions within 3 days of validating the warranty claim).
