Poor Heat Control
The heat control needs to be improved. There is no low heat. It's either medium high or high. Barely on still produces a very hot flame. Although there are no actual numbers on the gas flow knob, rather than having heat settings from 1 to 10, you have heat settings of 7, and everything else is a 10.
