Boat All-Round Lights
In order to avoid collisions in the nighttime or in poor visibility conditions, any vessels including powerboats and sailing boats over 23 feet in length have to be equipped with navigation lights. The category includes side, stern, masthead, and all-round lights, along with some other types. All of them have to be approved by USCG, and which of them should be installed depends on the vessel's length and its type (power-driven or unpowered). As for all-round lights, they are usually mounted on small boats and have to be located higher than others.
The brightness of all-round lights should be sufficient to make them visible at night through the full arc of the horizon from the distance of at least two nautical miles. A wide range of such lights is available in our online store. Many of them come attached to a telescopic, foldable, or plug-in aluminum pole, while others have a different base for easy mounting on a hardtop, T-top, or other constructions. We carry both LED and halogen lights powered by DC 12 or 24 V. Given the marine environment is aggressive to metals and electric equipment, our lights are well-protected from water, moisture, and corrosion.
