Warranty

Wave WiFi products are warranted against manufacturing defects for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. Wave WiFi, Inc. will, at its option, repair or replace any parts of its own manufacture found to be defective in normal use.

All implied warranties are limited in duration to the duration of the one (1) year warranty period. Accordingly, any such implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or otherwise, are disclaimed in their entirety after the expiration of the one (1) year warranty period.

This warranty does not apply to damageor conditions in materials that are subject to normal rate of wear by exposure to the elements. This warranty does not apply to damage or conditions in materials that result from improper installation or misuse.

The warranty is void if the Wave WiFi unit is altered in any way from the original construction and/or configuration.

Wave Wifi Warranty does not apply to any Product that has been, in any way dis-assembled, modified or altered, other than by us; painted, rebranded or physically modi fied; improperly installed or not used at all times in accordance with the applicable Product documentation; damaged due to improper cabling or installation; subjected to misuse, water or chemical damage, abuse, negligence, or abnormal physical, electromagnetic or electrical stress; damaged or impaired as a result of the use of third party hardware, firmware or software; or, has had its original Wave WiFi serial or product labeling removed.

There are no other warranties, expresses or implied, including but not limited to those of Merchantability or ability for particular purpose. Your exclusive remedy for any defective product is limited to repair, restore or replacement of the defective product. Wave WiFi’s limited warranty applies only to products sold as new.
