Turning Point 11500300 Hub Kit #13 Spline
Unit seemed very simple and solid in construction and more or less bullet proof IMO. Installed and worked perfectly. Only improvement could be the directions since it lacked some detail on which way to flip the washer that went on last. I figured it out fairly easily.
