30" H High Impact Pontoon Trailer Guides, Pair by Tie Down Engineering®. Guide your pontoon boat safely onto the trailer in high winds and strong currents with these high-impact guide on’s. The hot dip galvanized steel 2-1/2" square-tube posts are covered with non-marking molded PVC material and designed to be mounted between the pontoons. Mounts to trailer cross members 2" wide by 2-3" high.

Warranty

TIE DOWN ENGINEERING Inc. warrants its products to be free from defects in material and workmanship for one year from the date of delivery to the original purchaser when properly installed, used, and maintained by the purchaser.

This warranty does not apply to damage or loss caused by any or all of the following circumstances or conditions:

Damage caused during installation.
Parts, accessories, materials, or components that are not obtained from or approved by TIE DOWN.
Misapplication, misuse, and failure to follow the directions or observe cautions and warnings on installation, operation, application, inspection, or maintenance specified in any TIE DOWN quotation, acknowledgement, sales literature, specification sheet, or installation instruction.
Use of product in any other application other than those described in TIE DOWN’s product information materials.
If your trailer leaves the United States. Except where specifically required by law, there is no warranty coverage on TIE DOWN Engineering trailer parts if the trailer is sold or registered in countries other than the United States.
Cosmetic damage, minor cosmetic abnormalities, and normal wear and tear, including (without limitation), scratches, dents, and chips.

If any TIE DOWN products are found, upon TIE DOWN's examination, to be defective, TIE DOWN will either credit the purchaser's account for the purchase price of the TIE DOWN product, or replace the TIE DOWN product, or repair the product.

TIE DOWN extends no warranty, express or implied, on products not manufactured by TIE DOWN or to TIE DOWN's design specifications, including, but not limited to, non-TIE DOWN tires, brakes, actuators, bearings, hose, and tubing. This warranty excludes all implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose or any purpose. This warranty does not cover nor extend to incidental or consequential damage. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state.

Good and Strong - Arrived Damaged

These guides look nice and strong..but due to poor packaging they arrived damaged - but useable..not worth the return process taking it back to ups dropoff - for for a little over 100 bux - easier to keep and use..I can probably do mare damage anyway at the ramp anyway..so..poor packging and damaged product gets 4 stars.
