22-1/2" L Galvanized Steel Deck Plate by Tie Down Engineering®. The hoop can then be bolted to the angle, allowing it to be removed seasonally. For use with piling hoops (part numbers 26391, 26393, 26394 and 26429). Holes in the top of plate allow top mounting of roller assembly (part number 26414).
