The Access Slam Hatch is made from a glass filled polypropylene, for strength and durability. All Access hatches are designed for heavy traffic areas, and will withstand people walking or standing upon them. The Access Slam Hatch features a easy close slam latch that forms a weather tight seal just by closing the hatch.

Access Hatches also utilize a patented integral hinge assembly that allows for easy lid removal. The beveled and skirted lid covers all fasteners for a clean look above or below decks. Just Perfect
Just purchased a used boat that had some needed repairs to do. Couldn't find a replacement hatch locally, found BOATiD, had it delivered fast and was an exact replacement. Recommend them for sure.

Best Deal On the Internet!
I am refurbishing my 22 ft. Chawk Sport Cabin and I wanted to add built-in tackle storage into my seat boxes. I was stunned at the outrageous prices that I was finding! I had almost given up on the idea until I found BOATiD.com's Ad. The price is the Best Anywhere, Free Shipping and a High-Quality product! I do, however, agree with other reviews that mention the generic quality of the containers inside. I solved this problem by removing the bottom two containers replacing them with one 9" x 6" x 3" food storage container that fits inside the larger vacant opening. This is actually a more practical setup because it creates storage for the needed tools, leaders and terminal tackle. I am definitely pleased with this product!

Right Fit
Bought this lid for my 1998 Key Largo 188 and it was an exact replacement. Lined up with old holes perfectly.
