Boating entails doing a fair amount of swimming and sunbathing, but every boat should surely have a shaded area for you and your passengers to hide from the sun when needed. In this case, a T-top is a more convenient option than a Bimini as it provides a standing-height area protected from the sunshine, which will neither create an obstruction on your deck nor come in the way of casting lines.
In the past, T-tops used to be an upgrade costing thousands and available either as a factory option or as a custom fabricated product.
