Air Ride Pedestal
The pedestal fit just right in the 2 3/8 hole, swivels well, and the air cushion works. I haven’t spent a day fishing with it yet but anticipate it will allow me to use the foot pedal of the trolling motor way easier than a lower seat.

Why Would They Have This?
I googled Springfeild Marine pedestal and the BOATiD website popped up, I thought why would a car parts company have a boat pedestal? I decided I need to call and ask customer service if BOATiD actually had this item I was looking for, the rep said they sure did and he would be happy to take my order. After I placed my order I had to ask the customer service rep why they would have the item I was looking for as this was a car parts website and the item I was looking for was for my boat he said he didn't know why they just did. Ultimately the entire purchase was fantastic and I would highly recommend this company to anybody looking for car parts or in this case other items you may be surprised they have.

Work Perfectly
Perfect match to my original piece that broke after 17 years. Fits in the stand bracket plate nicely. Also fit on the bottom of the post perfectly. Easy installation. You have to drill a new pilot hole for the provided rivot as it will not fit in the original rivet hole in my experience. So simple to mark a hole through the piece on to the post with a marker, remove it, drill hole, push back on, and rivet it. My standard rivet gun...handheld type...from big box store worked well.

Power Rise Pedestal
