Product Details

355 Series Type A2 Fuel Line by Shields Hose®. Shields Fire – Acol – Fuel Fill Hose resists gasoline/alcohol blends and is compounded for low permeation. It is abrasion resistant and it is reinforced with wire helix imbedded between piles of HD synthetic cord. This imported hose is primarily used for fuel fill (gas or diesel) and is for pleasure boats only. It meets SAE J1527 Type A2 and ISO 7840 Type A2 NMMA/CE Type Accepted standards.

Warranty

Shields warrants its products to be free of defects in workmanship and materials for the useful life of the product.

If a Shields product fails to comply with the Warranty, Shields will repair or replace the defective product.

Shields does not warrant against, and the Warranty shall be void with respect to, damages or defects arising out of any of the following:

Improper or abnormal use or handling of Shields` products
Installation or use of a Shields product in a manner that is inconsistent with Shields’s application information, guidelines, instructions
Defects in products or components not manufactured by Shields
Non-Shields made products or components
Shields products transferred from a vessel on which they were originally installed
Shields products transferred from the engine on which they were originally installed
Failure to maintain Shields products in accordance with Shields’s application information, guidelines, instructions
Ordinary wear and tear resulting from the operation and/or use of the Shields product
