Warranty

Scanstrut products are covered for 36 months (24 months for electrical / electronics products) from invoice date against manufacturing defect, provided the product has been used for the intended purpose. This warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty. No employee, agent, dealer, or other person is authorized to alter this warranty or make any other warranty on behalf of Scanstrut. In instances where Scanstrut products have been installed by a manufacturer (OEM) as standard or optional equipment, warranty coverage will begin from the date of delivery to the first end user/customer.

Scanstrut products have been designed specifically for the mounting of approved electronics under normal conditions. Scanstrut products are only compatible with electronic devices as stated in the latest Scanstrut Product Guide – subject to change without prior notice. Use of Scanstrut product with unapproved items, or overloading, invalidates any product warranty. Any installation and assembly must be regularly inspected for evidence of damage or loose parts. All products are designed and engineered to perform as intended only when installed and used with all factory supplied parts. Replacement and/or modification of any components with parts other than those supplied and authorised by the factory will void this warranty.

No warranty is given for users’ devices and users expose their devices to hazard known or unknown, at their own risk. Faulty goods will be replaced or repaired at the discretion of Scanstrut. Scanstrut reserves the right to replace or repair items and accepts no responsibility for installation or labour charges relating to the removal, and replacement of warranty items. Scanstrut reserves the right to modify and change the design and specification of its products without notice. Such changes will not entitle the customer to claim replacement or refund under this warranty. This warranty is the sole and exclusive remedy for the original customer and is not transferable. Scanstrut excludes all other liabilities to the fullest extent permitted by law. Scanstrut accepts no liability to indemnify the customer against any loss of profit or turnover which he or his customer or any other person may sustain in consequence of the failure of any faulty, unfit or incorrectly installed article supplied by Scanstrut.
