14-3/4" L Horizontal Mount Fold Down White All-Round Light with Base (1634DP0CHR) by Perko®. Feature adjustable angle (0° to 180°) for poles less than 18” long, include adapters available for flat or "V” type 45° mounts and a notch for through base wiring. Folds down 90° in either direction opposite the plane of attachment plate of the mount.

Nice Bright Light
I am happy with the light. It is very bright. I wish the pole and hardware was a bit more substantial but overall a good product.
