We’ll be glad to help you stock up on everything required to make the coating of your boat look great and last long.
If you decide to paint your boat yourself, pay attention to the following tips. First of all, you need to prepare the boat by thoroughly cleaning the surface from dirt and seaweed. Before painting it, get rid of any cracks or corrosion to prevent imperfections and after that, carefully sand the surface. If possible, choose a dry, cool day (60-80 °F) for painting. Apply several layers of primer, let it dry and then finally quickly paint the boat with a brush and a roller. After you make sure that the boat is fully dry, sand it and apply 2-3 more coats of paint to get a more lasting result.
