Product Details

LanoCote™ 1 pt Prop and Bottom Antifouling Paint by Forespar®. Is an economical and very effective marine foul release coating. Produced by boaters for boaters, it is a well-tested marine foul release based on lanolin and other biodegradable additives. When applied according to directions to metal props and running gear, it can provide up to six months, or more in some cases, protection from the growth of algae, sea grass, and a wide variety of worms, corals and barnacles.

Warranty

Forespar Products Corp. warrants all products manufactured by it to be free from factory defects in material and workmanship under normal use and with normal maintenance for a period of thirty-six (36) months from the date of initial retail sale*. The Limited Warranty is extended only to the original retail purchaser and does not run to any subsequent purchaser. Proof of purchase is required.

It is a condition of this Limited Warranty that the product has been given reasonable care, and that damage has not resulted from improper installation, accident, negligence, misuse including the product being undersized for the performance required, or from unauthorized alterations.

The obligations of Forespar under this Limited Warranty are limited to repairing or replacing such products that shall be determined by Forespar to have been defective in factory materials or workmanship. This warranty extends only to products in normal recreational use and this warranty does not extend to commercial or non-marine applications. Forespar does not under any circumstances assume responsibility for any special, incidental or consequential damages incurred in connection with the use of its products. Forespar reserves the right to improve its products through changes in design and material without incurring any obligation to incorporate such changes in products already completed or in the hands of purchasers.

This Limited Warranty is in lieu of all other express or implied warranties and statutory guarantees, and shall expire thirty six (36) months from the date of initial retail sale. Any implied warranty, including the Warranty of Merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, is limited to the duration of this Limited Warranty. This warranty is made by Forespar with only the original purchaser of the product and does not extend to any third parties. The rights of the original purchaser under this warranty may not be assigned or otherwise transferred to any third party.

The following items are excluded from this Limited Warranty: Spar Systems, Electrical Bulbs (mast lights & strobe lights) and Shirts.
