Warranty

Bomar warrants to the original purchaser for the period of one year from the date of delivery to such original purchaser, that all Bomar products will be free from defects in material and workmanship in accordance with applicable industry standards, and provided the purchaser has used and maintained the products in accordance with standard care practices as recommended by Bomar.

Any product deemed to be defective or damaged due to neglect, misuse, abuse, or accident will void this warranty. Any altercation made to products will void this warranty.

All implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose and all other implied warranties are limited to a period of one year from the date of delivery to the original purchaser. There are no warranties which extend beyond the description on the face thereof. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

In the event that the product fails to conform to this warranty, Bomar will repair or replace the non-conforming product. All repairs under this warranty shall be made at the address of Bomar.

Under no circumstances shall Bomar be liable for any incidental, consequential or special damages for breach of this warranty or any implied warranty. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which may vary from state to state. This limited warranty replaces and supersedes all previous warranties.
