Warranty

Unless specifically indicated otherwise, Barr Marine by EDM (“Manufacturer”) warrants this product against defects in workmanship and material for three years from date of purchase by the original purchaser to the extent that Manufacturer will, at its option, replace or repair the product or any part thereof which in Manufacturer’s judgment has such a defect.

Manufacturer’s obligation does not include any cost of removal or reinstallation, and this warranty shall not apply if the product has been misused, abused, altered, neglected or improperly installed or repaired work by anyone other than the Manufacturer was a cause of the defect.

This Warranty does not extend to Barr Marine by EDM products used in racing or “high performance” applications.

The warranties set forth above are the sole express warranties made by manufacturer with respect to this product or any thereof.

Any implied warranties, including without limitation any warranties of fitness or of merchantability, are hereby expressly limited in duration to the three-year period of this warranty.

Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

This warranty does not extend to anyone other than the original purchaser.

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein contained, if this product is specifically excluded or used for commercial purposes, rental, or other income-producing activities, then the duration of this warranty shall be one year from the date of purchase.

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and may also have other rights, which vary from state to state.
