Endurance 085 Comfortmeter by Weems & Plath®. The Endurance 085 Comfortmeter is compact in size for areas where wall space is limited. This instrument is designed to indicate optimum climate conditions when both hands cross in a limited area of the dial called the COMFORT Zone.The thermometer displays temperature in both Fahrenheit and Celsius on the left scale, and the hygrometer shows percentage of relative humidity on the right. This chrome comfortmeter is part of the extensive Endurance Collection which features a maintenance-free, ultra-hard finish guaranteed to never tarnish. The patented Slide-n-Lock Mounting System eliminates the need for visible mounting screws and allows for easy removal for necessary adjustments. The Chrome Endurance 085 Comfortmeter is splash resistant and has a lifetime warranty on movement and finish.

Weems & Plath Two-Year Warranty

Your Weems & Plath product is warranted against defects in material and workmanship for two (2) years from the date of original purchase. Any defect caused by misuse, accident, tampering, or negligence of the user is not covered by this warranty. Caution: If your product is battery operated, movement damage caused by battery leakage is not covered under this warranty. A clock movement continues to pull voltage from the battery until the battery dies. Leaving a dead battery in place causes the battery to leak acid, which destroys the movement. For this reason, it is important to replace the battery once a year, even if the battery is not dead at the time of replacement. If the instrument is not in use, remove the battery to reduce the possibility of costly movement damage. Caution: The finish on brass or chrome instruments is not covered under warranty unless specifically noted (i.e. Endurance Collections). Fingerprints should be cleaned off immediately, and instruments should be wiped regularly with a soft cloth to keep the finish from pitting. To prolong the life of your instrument on a boat, Weems & Plath recommends the use of solar fan vents and removal from the boat when not in use to avoid the harsh marine environment. Buyer’s exclusive remedy in the event of a defect or nonconformity in the products is limited, at the option of seller, to the return of the product for repayment of the price or the repair of the product and replacement of the non-conforming or defective goods or parts. Weems & Plath shall not be liable for any indirect, special, exemplary, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of a defect or nonconformity in the product. The implied warranty of the merchantability and the implied warranty of fitness are excluded. There are no warranties which extend beyond the description on the face of this warranty.
