Endurance II 135 7" Brass Quartz Time & Tide Clock by Weems & Plath®. Light, strong, and durable, the brass Endurance II 135 Time and Tide Clock features a traditional front-opening bezel with a combination quartz time and tide clock movement. The easy-to-read dial displays a standard 12-hour clock that tracks time to the second while a fourth red hand indicates the current position of the tide. The tide sector averages the Atlantic lunar tide cycle. Constructed with a high luster, maintenance-free brass finish this generously sized porthole time and tide clock is weather resistant and guaranteed not to tarnish.

Notes

Tide calibration for other tidal bodies of water will need to be reset frequently, e.g., Pacific Ocean & Gulf of Mexico.

Weems & Plath Two-Year Warranty

Your Weems & Plath product is warranted against defects in material and workmanship for two (2) years from the date of original purchase. Any defect caused by misuse, accident, tampering, or negligence of the user is not covered by this warranty. Caution: If your product is battery operated, movement damage caused by battery leakage is not covered under this warranty. A clock movement continues to pull voltage from the battery until the battery dies. Leaving a dead battery in place causes the battery to leak acid, which destroys the movement. For this reason, it is important to replace the battery once a year, even if the battery is not dead at the time of replacement. If the instrument is not in use, remove the battery to reduce the possibility of costly movement damage. Caution: The finish on brass or chrome instruments is not covered under warranty unless specifically noted (i.e. Endurance Collections). Fingerprints should be cleaned off immediately, and instruments should be wiped regularly with a soft cloth to keep the finish from pitting. To prolong the life of your instrument on a boat, Weems & Plath recommends the use of solar fan vents and removal from the boat when not in use to avoid the harsh marine environment. Buyer’s exclusive remedy in the event of a defect or nonconformity in the products is limited, at the option of seller, to the return of the product for repayment of the price or the repair of the product and replacement of the non-conforming or defective goods or parts. Weems & Plath shall not be liable for any indirect, special, exemplary, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of a defect or nonconformity in the product. The implied warranty of the merchantability and the implied warranty of fitness are excluded. There are no warranties which extend beyond the description on the face of this warranty.
