The Ultra Pack carry case is the ultimate case design to hold the FLX-28. The Ultra Pack carry case is unique in that it has a totally enclosed 12 volt 9 amp hour battery that can power your Vexilar for days not hours. You use a master power switch to power up the system. The Ultra Pack has an oversize carry handle that can also hold your transducer float, four rod holder positions (one rod holder comes with the system) Three transducer support eye holes and a great cable management system. The Ultra Pack easily fits into a 5 gallon bucket and comes with would not be complete without a Vexilar tackle box and positions to mount other Vexilar accessories like the Flex-Light, Glo-Ring or more rod holders. This VEXILAR product is warranted against factory defects in material and workmanship with a limited warranty from the date of purchase or receipt as a gift (A sales receipt with date of purchase may be requested before service work is done under warranty if no warranty registration information is on file. It is impossible to establish a date of purchase with a serial number or UPC code). During the warranty period, VEXILAR will repair or at its option, replace at no cost to you for labor, materials.

This warranty does not apply if the product has been damaged by accident or misuse, or as a result of service or modification by other than the factory. Except as otherwise expressly stated in this previous paragraph, the COMPANY MAKES NO REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR ANY OTHER MATTER WITH RESPECT TO THIS PRODUCT. Company shall not be liable for, and purchaser assumes responsibility for, all personal injury and property damage resulting from the handling, possession or use of the product by Purchaser or others who obtain it through purchaser.

Vexilar’s Pro-Rated, 12 volt Battery Warranty: The battery warranty is covered under a pro-rated performance guarantee. Failure to properly care for battery is not the responsibility of Vexilar.

Color Flasher Warranty Information: This VEXILAR product is warranted against factory defects in material and workmanship for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase or receipt as a gift (A sales receipt with date of purchase may be requested before service work is done under warranty if no warranty registration information is on file. It is impossible to establish a date of purchase with a serial number or UPC code). During the warranty period, VEXILAR will repair or at its option, replace at no cost to you for labor, materials.

Vexilar Two-Year Extended Limited Warranty: The Vexilar Extended Warranty is not only the best in the Marine Industry, but also an exceptional value. Your new Vexilar has a full two-year limited warranty against defects or malfunctions in material, workmanship, or against failure to conform to the product’s written specifications. (See specifics in your Vexilar owner’s manual.)

Extended Warranty: Now you have the opportunity to extend the warranty protection of your Vexilar unit from the time of purchase by an additional two years—for a total of FOUR YEARS of protection. Models FL-8se, FL-12, FL-18, FL-20 & FLX-28 are eligible for this program. This Two-year Extended Warranty must be purchased within twelve (12) months from the original date of purchase (Please note, your two years of extended Limited Warranty coverage will take effect after the original factory warranty expires. This will give you a total of four years of limited coverage based on the original purchase date of the unit.)

Extended Warranty Coverage: The Extended Warranty gives you two extra years on the “head” assembly for model FL-8se, FL-12, FL-18, FL-20 and FLX-28 units. During the extended warranty period, Vexilar, Inc. will repair or at its option, replace any parts, labor. Your FL unit’s serial number must be on file with Vexilar in order to receive warranty coverage.

This warranty does not apply if the product has been damaged by accident or misuse or as a result of service modification by anyone other than the factory. This extended warranty does not cover batteries, chargers, cases, accessories, transducers, gimbal bracket or lost parts. This warranty is transferable to new owners.

FishScout Underwater Camera Systems Warranty Information: This VEXILAR product is warranted against factory defects in material and workmanship for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase or receipt as a gift (A sales receipt with date of purchase may be requested before service work is done under warranty if no warranty registration information is on file. SonarPhone Systems Warranty: The Sonarphone warranty is one year against factory defects in material and workmanship from the date of purchase. During the Warranty period Vexilar will repair or replace your SonarPhone at no cost to you for labor, materials.

This warranty does not apply if the product has been damaged by accident or misuse, or as a result of service or modification of goods by anyone other than the factory. If a replacement is given, the original warranty period shall resume from date of first purchase.

T-POD No Hassle Service/Warranty Program: Your SonarPhone T-Pod has a one year warranty from date of purchase, but we know fishing can be hard on equipment. So if you damage your T-POD (and this is NOT covered by your warranty), you can have it replaced for roughly half of the original cost. This option also extends beyond the standard warranty period. So if five years from now the battery fails, Vexilar’s No Hassle Service Program for SonarPhone T-POD owners will be there for you for as long as you own the product! This offer DOES NOT extend to the Sonarphone T-BOX systems.

IMPORTANT: Do not try to open your T-POD, it is permanently sealed. Opening a T-POD will void the warranty

Battery – Pro Rated Warranty Program: This is for Vexilar 4.5 Amp Hour /12 volt batteries found only in SonarPhone SP300 systems. The battery warranty is covered under a pro-rated performance guarantee. Failure to properly care for battery is not the responsibility of Vexilar.

The FishPhone warranty is one year against factory defects in material and workmanship from the date of purchase. During the Warranty period Vexilar will repair or replace your FishPhone at no cost to you for labor, materials. This warranty does not apply if the product has been damaged by accident or misuse, or as a result of service or modification of goods by anyone other than the factory.
