- The United States Coast Guard requires boats under 12 meters (39.4’) to have an all-round light at a minimum height of one meter above the combination bow light. Non-glare lens directs light’s focus upward, out of the driver’s vision. 360° light visibility distinguishes the boater’s location in the water from any direction.
