Milennia (the Company) warrants to the original purchaser of the Milennia product if it proves to be defective within 1 year from the date of purchase, it will be repaired or replaced (at the discretion of the Company), without charge to the owner.
This warranty does not extend to the elimination of static or motor noise, correction of antenna problems, costs incurred in the removal or reinstallation of the unit, or damage to CDs, tapes, speakers, accessories, or electrical systems. This warranty does not apply to any product or part thereof, which has been misused, abused, neglected, altered, in an accident, connected to an unsupported product, or which has been used in violation of the operating instructions. Exposure to excessive moisture and direct spray may void warranty.
ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY IS LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THIS WRITTEN WARRANTY; IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COMPANY BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR LOSSES RESULTING FROM THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THIS PRODUCT.
The warranty gives you specific legal rights, which vary from state to state. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
Five-Year Protection Plan
As an extended guarantee, beyond the first year and for the period of an additional four years, the company will repair or replace a defective stereo with a new or reconditioned model. Exclusions to this repair guarantee is obvious abuse or neglect, such as; cosmetic damage due to mishandling or harsh chemicals, corrosion, improper installation or alteration causing the stereo to become defective, and exposure to water or use for which the stereo is not designed.
Milennia, at its discretion, will repair or replace the unit. If the stereo is not repairable and is a discontinued model, Milennia will replace it with a stereo having similar features and performance. If it is found the stereo is not defective, Milennia will return it, no charge to the customer.
