Apollo XHS Series RH Rotation 3-Blade Thru Hub Exhaust Propeller for 135 hp Mariner Engine by Michigan Wheel®. Standard 3-Blade Recommended Boat Applications: Inflatables, Aluminum Consoles, Bass Boats, Flats Boats, Sport Boat Singles, Sport Boat Duals. Apollo Large Diameter propellers are great for heavier applications that require the increased blade area. Common to the entire Apollo line, the Apollo Large Diameter 3-Blade features CAD designed high-performance blade geometry. Apollo propellers are highly polished, ultimate performance, stainless steel wheels. Apollo is designed to use Michigan Wheel's XHS™/XHS II™ hub system, and is interchangeable with Mercury's Flo-Torq™ II hub system.

Warranty

Michigan Wheel warrants to the original consumer purchaser and original motor fitted, that for a period of one year from the date of purchase, the body of the Michigan Match® propeller will be free of any defect in material or workmanship that results in blade or hub fracture or failure under normal pleasure boat usage. Michigan Wheel also warrants to the original consumer purchaser, under the same parameters of use described above, that the propeller bushing will be free from any defect in material or workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase.

Some surface discoloration of propellers and hardware is unavoidable, and will not be covered by this warranty. This warranty also does not cover normal wear, accidental damage, modification, improper installation, improper maintenance, or other circumstances that are not the direct result of a defect in the material or workmanship of the propeller.

The sole obligation of Michigan Wheel under this warranty is to repair or replace the propeller, in the sole discretion of Michigan Wheel.

The above warranty is Michigan Wheel’s sole warranty for the Michigan Match®. Michigan Wheel expressly disclaims all other warranties, expressed or implied, including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose and excludes all liability for incidental or consequential damages, loss of use of the propeller, costs, and expenses.

Any actions arising out of this warranty and the sale of this product shall be governed by Michigan law and may only be brought, heard and decided in Kent County Circuit Court, in the State of Michigan, U.S.A., or in the United States District Court for the Western District of Michigan.
