Quick Release™ System Aluminum High Clearance Rod Riser by Fish Fighter®. Fish Fighter Series of Quick Release™ Rod Risers were designed with the help of Pro Staffers Austin Moser and Cody Herman, these guys fish several hundred days a year and really know what works and will hold up to day after day fishing. Both of those guys want to have total control of Fishing Rod Placement on their boat. They also want to be able to stagger Rod heights and Rod widths when trolling to help increase the spread of our gear. I personally wanted my Fish Rod Extenders to get the Rods out to the side of my Boat further. By having Extended Rod Holders, I am able to move the Rods out, and in a sense, widen my boat. By moving the Rod Holders out, you also don’t have Rod Butts sticking out in the boat that gets in the way when fighting a fish. This Quick Release™ High Clearance Rod Riser was requested and designed specifically to get up farther up and out of the boat. This makes it the perfect option for situations where you may want to have rod risers up and over your rod lockers, and not have to remove them to access the locker. It’s also perfect for mounting to the side of your gunnel and reaching up and over any existing hand railings on your boat.
