Eagle Claw Rod and Reel Limited One-Year Warranty

Eagle Claw guarantees the original owner a limited one-year warranty against defects in workmanship and materials. If the product should fail due to a defect in material or workmanship, Eagle Claw will replace the product, at its discretion, and return it to you. Simply return the product with a copy of your original receipt. In order for Eagle Claw to complete the warranty as quickly as possible, it must have the entire product including the broken parts.

Should Eagle Claw decide to replace the damaged product, but no longer offer the exact model, it will provide you with the closest comparable model of equal value from its current product line. If, after the second year or the defect is determined by its technicians to be due to normal wear and tear, accident, neglect or misuse, the product can still be replaced at a reasonable cost. This warranty is limited to replacement of the product and does not cover direct, indirect, consequential, incidental or any other type of damages resulting from the use of this product. This warranty does not cover fire, theft, loss, intentional breakage, modification or customization. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state. The warranty is not transferable and is only good to the original owner. This warranty is the only warranty expressed or implied applicable to the Eagle Claw product. This warranty will be honored solely by the Wright & McGill Co.
